Develops efficient, elegant, clean, reusable code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction.
Deliver tech upgradation to software&rsquos that require critical upgrades
Ensure Production issues are addressed in timely way
Mentor other engineers and developers by providing technical and business-related guidance
Requirements:
3 yrs experience as UI developer
5+ years of proficiency in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Should have a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Must be detail-oriented and strive for pixel-perfect designs.
Should be able to implement designs provided by UX/UI designers accurately, paying close attention to typography, layout, and color. Accessibility, responsive design and performance are table stakes during development.
Problem-solving and critical thinking: Frontend Engineers should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface.
Should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them.
Should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring. Communication and soft skills: Engineer should be able to work with different stake holders (product manager, tech leads and UX), clearly able to articulate the requirements and their work.
Engineer should be flexible while working with team and initiatives
