Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer with expertise in building responsive websites using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vue.js, CSS preprocessors like LESS and SASS, and proficiency in JavaScript for DOM manipulation, event handling, and data structures. This role will involve integrating front-end components with REST APIs and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of web applications.
Responsibilities
Develop responsive web pages and user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement front-end functionalities using Vue.js and other JavaScript libraries.
Utilize CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS) to streamline styling and maintain consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability and user experience.
Write and maintain UI test cases to ensure robustness and reliability of applications.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS) and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and NPM package management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with build tools such as GULPJS, Grunt, or Webpack is a plus.
