Title: Front End Supply Chain Manager

Time: Full-Time (EST hours)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $18,000/y USD

The Company

Our client is on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic waste by creating paper-based alternatives that look, feel, and perform like plasticyet decompose completely. Their sustainable products are already in use at over 4,000 locations across North America, ranging from boutique cafes to national chains.

Role Overview:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee all logistics and fulfillment operations across the company's e-commerce and enterprise channels. From coordinating shipments and maintaining inventory to ensuring a seamless customer experience, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Logistics:

Create and manage UPS shipping labels and outbound shipments.

Coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) trucking for enterprise-level deliveries.

Oversee timely receipt and processing of inbound inventory shipments.

E-commerce Support & Customer Communication:

Resolve delivery issues for e-commerce orders in a timely and customer-focused manner.

Maintain communication with customers regarding shipping updates, delays, or issues.

Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance the post-purchase experience.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Track and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability.

Work with warehouse staff to streamline incoming and outgoing product flow.

Implement inventory control procedures and optimize storage operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Liaise with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align on order and fulfillment priorities.

Report on logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the development of scalable fulfillment processes as the company grows.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Experience using shipping software and inventory management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Familiarity with LTL coordination and e-commerce logistics preferred.
