Job Description

Dear Candidate, we are looking for someone who can join us immediately/short notice. Below is the job description.

1. User-Centered Design: Collaborate with the UX/UI designer to translate wireframes, mockups, and user flows into interactive, visually appealing, and intuitive user interfaces in a Salesforce Application.

2. Front-End Development: Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Lightening Web Components, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

3. UX Optimization: Strive for seamless user interactions by optimizing website performance, loading times, and overall responsiveness to enhance the user experience.

4. Accessibility: Implement best practices for web accessibility (WCAG) to ensure that our products are usable by individuals with disabilities.

5. Interaction Design: Create smooth and compelling animations and transitions to enhance user engagement and delight.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.

7. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

8. User Testing: Collaborate with the UX/UI designers to conduct user testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and implementations.

9. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and front-end development. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Front End Developer with a strong focus on UX design. Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Salesforce Lightening Web Components Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools. Strong understanding of responsive design principles Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Portfolio demonstrating previous UX and front-end development work
