Front-End Developer (ReactJS) – 5+ Years Experience

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to build high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies, state management, and API integrations, along with a passion for delivering production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and efficient code
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs
• Implement and manage application state using Redux or Context API
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Maintain code quality through version control systems like Git.

Mandatory Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Strong knowledge of state management (Redux/Context API) and RESTful API integration

Proven track record of delivering production-ready web applications

Experience working in Agile teams with Git/version control

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

Exposure to TypeScript

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
