Front End Developer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer with 4–5 years of experience in designing and developing modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with a proven track record of delivering visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

The role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to transform design concepts, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. Candidates should have experience building reusable components, optimizing application performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and implementing responsive and accessible designs.

The successful candidate will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, participate in code reviews, maintain development best practices, and stay updated with emerging technologies. Experience with design-intensive projects, dashboard development, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and a strong portfolio showcasing completed front-end projects are highly desirable.

Role Overview

The candidate should have worked on multiple design-intensive projects and demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing web application design and front-end development expertise.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications.

· Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality front-end code.

· Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.

· Develop reusable components and maintain design consistency across applications.

· Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

· Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance.

· Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to frontend technology decisions.

· Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI-related issues.

· Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills Required:

Mandatory Skills

· Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

· Expertise in React.js

· Experience with TypeScript

· Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD)

· Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI

· Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integration

· Version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab

· Knowledge of browser debugging and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Next.js

· Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools

· Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines

· Understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG standards)

· Basic knowledge of backend technologies and cloud platforms

Design Experience Requirements:

The candidate should have experience in:

· Designing modern web application interfaces.

· Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

· Building dashboards, enterprise portals, SaaS applications, or customer-facing platforms.

· Implementing UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience.

· Working closely with stakeholders to convert concepts into production-ready designs.

Portfolio Requirement:

Candidates must provide:

· Portfolio of at least 3–5 completed UI/UX or Front-End projects

· GitHub profile (preferred)

· Examples of responsive web applications developed and deployed

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
