Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Front End Developer to build engaging, high-performance user interfaces for web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about UI/UX, writes clean and scalable code, and enjoys working closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix frontend issues and UI bugs.

• Participate in code reviews and follow frontend best practices and standards.

• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 14 years of experience in frontend development (freshers with strong portfolio and fundamentals may apply).

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Good understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and UI/UX principles.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

• Experience using version control systems like Git.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with CSS preprocessors or frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass).

• Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Context API, Vuex).

• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Web-pack, Vite, Babel).

• Basic understanding of backend technologies and APIs.

• Exposure to performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
