Description
As a Senior Software Engineer at Icertis Solutions Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in our Product Engineering department. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining front-end applications, collaborating closely with backend developers, and optimizing performance. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends. Your work will directly impact the user experience and overall success of our products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and UI libraries like MUI or Ant Design.
- Implement efficient API integrations, focusing on RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless communication between the UI and APIs.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to best practices and ensuring maintainability.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, considering performance metrics.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and front-end technologies, incorporating new tools and techniques.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and VS Code for efficient development, enhancing productivity.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions and maintaining application stability.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
- Proficiency in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and UI libraries (MUI, Ant Design, etc.) is a must.
- Experience with build tools like Webpack and Vite, and a good understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context API).
- Strong knowledge of front-end security best practices, ensuring data integrity and user privacy.
- Familiarity with backend technologies (.NET, C#, Python) is an advantage, enabling better collaboration.
- Exposure to GenAI technologies and a willingness to explore and implement innovative solutions.
- Experience working with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and VS Code, leveraging their capabilities efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality, robust code.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
