Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operations of approximately 80 meeting rooms , including 4 training rooms
- Coordinate conference and meeting room bookings , ensuring efficient utilization and scheduling
- Handle front desk operations , including greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and directing them appropriately
- Ensure a smooth visitor experience , maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards
- Provide event coordination support for internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events
- Act as a point of contact for employee and client interactions (approx. 100+ customers)
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room readiness (IT, housekeeping, admin support, etc.)
- Maintain records, logs, and reports related to bookings, visitors, and facility usage
- Ensure meeting rooms are well-maintained, organized, and equipped at all times
Education
Bachelors degree (any stream).
Experience
13 years of experience in corporate front-office management.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills
Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
