4th Floor, 360 Degree Business Park, Z-1991, LBS Marg, Jagjivan Ram Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080
Experience: 12 Years
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with rotational week offs (flexibility required)
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new memberships, renewals, upgrades, PT packages, nutrition programs, and corporate memberships
- Provide exceptional customer support at the front deskgreeting members, handling calls, and managing daily operations
- Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Manage the sales planner and follow structured sales systems
- Record all walk-ins, inquiries, and leads in GDM software
- Conduct follow-up and courtesy calls to ensure member satisfaction and retention
- Generate leads through calls, texts, emails, events, and walk-ins
- Support internal and external marketing initiatives
- Handle member concerns professionally to ensure excellent service delivery
