Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow for a Front Desk Representative. The individual in this role will manage front desk operations, including welcoming clients, handling phone calls, managing reservations and appointments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to manage client inquiries and provide solutions
• Experience in managing Reservations and maintaining appointment schedules
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, fluency in English preferred
• Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
• Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or CRM systems is an advantage, excel preferred
