Role Description

We're looking for a smart, well-spoken, and guest-focused Front Desk Representative to be the face of Circuit House.

Warmly welcome guests & manage reservations

Handle walk-ins, calls, and guest queries

Coordinate with service & management teams

Maintain a polished front desk experience

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and experience in handling receptionist duties in a professional manner
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with visitors and staff
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and front desk operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office applications
• Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus
