Position Title: Receptionist cum Front Desk Manager
Location: Jabalpur
Reports To: Operational Head / HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Front Desk Manager serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also managing the daily operations of the front desk. This role requires excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage visitor logs and maintain security by following entry protocols.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Office Equipment Management:
- Ensure that office equipment like photocopiers, printers, and phones are operational.
- Report any issues with office equipment and follow up on repairs or replacements.
- Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of office expenses and assist with basic financial tasks like petty cash handling.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front desk operations and administrative tasks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
