Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located at our Gurugram clinic. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front office operations, greeting and assisting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the dental team with clerical tasks to enhance overall clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Strong understanding of Receptionist Duties and general Clerical Skills for office operations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven abilities in Customer Service to provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized and accurate records
- Familiarity with office software, such as MS Office, and experience with scheduling systems
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
