Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Gurugram. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage day-to-day front desk activities including greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, and scheduling appointments. You will also maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate office supplies. Occasional work from home is acceptable as part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing appointments
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and attitude
