About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers both in-store and online, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.

* Handle customer inquiries, product-related questions, and service requests professionally.

* Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, and other online channels.

* Coordinate appointments, walk-ins, and customer follow-ups.

* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

* Support sales activities by guiding customers through products and collections.

* Handle billing, order tracking, and basic administrative tasks.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.

* Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.

* Assist in inventory checks and stock management when required.

Requirements

* Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized institution.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer operations.

* Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations.

* Experience handling social media inquiries and customer support.

* Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
