Role Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees.

The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management
  • Assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage visitor registrations, access badges, and security protocols
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for scheduled meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams for guest coordination and support
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage incoming/outgoing courier services and mail distribution
  • Maintain visitor logs, records, and basic reports
  • Support office administration tasks such as stationery management and vendor coordination
  • Hospitality & Experience
  • Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, or employee engagements when required
  • Uphold company policies on safety, confidentiality, and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • May involve handling multiple visitors and calls during peak hours
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle calls and visitors with patience and professionalism
  • Experience in corporate/front office environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage high footfall environments efficiently
  • Office-based role requiring physical presence at the reception desk
  • The role may require working on weekdays, if required, to support business operations.

Location: Pune

Shift timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
