Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our fast growing organisation as Front Desk Executive. The candidates must meet following requirements:

1) Greeting visitors and office staff politely with a smile

2) Attend incoming or outgoing calls

3) Managing housekeeping staff and their day to day activities

4) Ensure entire office including meeting rooms clean

5) Managing calendar and diaries of Directors

6) Helping the administrator head with organisation of team activities

7) Managing inventory of stationery, cleaning materials and other necessary items used on a daily basis

8) Good command over English

Work timings will be : 8.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

10am to 2pm on Saturday

Education: Not the main criteria but past experience with similar profile an added advantage. Command over English is a must.

Salary: Minimum 20% on existing salary

Perks: Free Lunch, bonus once every year minimum 10% of salary.
