Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located at ISHM's Kolkata campus. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day reception duties, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front office area. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service to students and visitors, performing basic clerical tasks, and coordinating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Salary :

2L - 2,40,000 Lakh Per Annum (As per experience)

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing calls and welcoming visitors
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing records, data entry, and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven Customer Service abilities to assist and address inquiries from students and visitors
  • Attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory
