Job Description

We, at Ambuja Neotia, are actively looking for suitable candidates for a Front Desk Receptionist position at multiple newly launched residential projects. As the first point of contact at our marketing office, the individual would play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling queries, and directing visitors
  • Schedule meetings and appointments in coordination with internal departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the Company

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Experience

2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Candidates from any Real Estate or Hospitality background would be given preference.
