Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Bhubaneswar location. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, handling clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Receptionist Duties such as maintaining a professional demeanor and managing queries effectively
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and basic office administration tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming experience for clients and visitors
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
