- Manage check-ins, memberships, and inquiries efficiently.
- Handle scheduling, billing, and payment processing.
- Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Promote gym services, classes, and events to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and billing software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
