Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pernem for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting guests, managing bookings, and addressing inquiries. The role includes handling check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with other service providers, assisting with travel and entertainment requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Effective communication and problem-solving will be key components of daily operations in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service and front desk operations
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage bookings and work with reservation systems
  • Knowledge of local travel, touristic attractions, and hospitality services in Crete
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to accommodate guests and handle onsite requirements effectively
