- Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, reception, and maintenance staff
- Allocate duties and shifts
- Train new employees and monitor performance
- Handle staff issues and maintain discipline
- Guest Relations
- Welcome and interact with guests
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Financial Administrative Duties
- Monitor daily expenses and maintain basic accounts
- Handle billing, payments, and cash management
- Maintain records (bookings, guest details, KYC, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Booking Sales Coordination
- Manage reservations (walk-ins, online platforms such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.)
- Coordinate with sales/marketing team for occupancy
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
