Job Description

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee daily resort operations including rooms, housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance
  • Ensure all facilities such as pool, lawn, clubhouse, etc. are functioning properly

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property

  • Staff Supervision
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, reception, and maintenance staff
  • Allocate duties and shifts
  • Train new employees and monitor performance
  • Handle staff issues and maintain discipline
  • Guest Relations
  • Welcome and interact with guests
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Financial Administrative Duties
  • Monitor daily expenses and maintain basic accounts
  • Handle billing, payments, and cash management
  • Maintain records (bookings, guest details, KYC, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Booking Sales Coordination
  • Manage reservations (walk-ins, online platforms such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.)
  • Coordinate with sales/marketing team for occupancy
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries
