Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, proactive, and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk operations of our Bangalore office. This role is the face of Activate - you will be the first person our founders, partners, and visitors meet. If you take pride in hospitality, interacting with people, organization and keeping an office running like clockwork, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Experience: Warmly greet all guests, founders and partners. Ensure a premium and seamless arrival experience.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails and general office enquiries with professionalism.
- Logistics & Admin: Coordinate meeting room bookings, manage calendars and handle courier/vendor coordination.
- Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms and common spaces are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Security: Manage visitor logs and ID protocols discreetly and efficiently.
- Team Support: Assist the Executive Operations Manager with general administrative tasks and internal events.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must have:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field. A Diploma in Office Administration or Hospitality is a plus.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in a front desk, guest relations or administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory. Fluency in Kannada and/or Hindi is a strong plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace, managing digital calendars and handling standard office equipment.
- Personality: You are well-groomed, punctual and possess a calm, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
- Discretion: You understand the importance of confidentiality when dealing with high-profile visitors.
