Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations along with basic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support HR/admin team with onboarding documentation and employee records
- Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in receptionist/admin role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Residing in South Delhi
