Job Title: Receptionist (Front Desk & Admin)

Location: South Delhi (Candidates must reside in South Delhi)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations along with basic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support HR/admin team with onboarding documentation and employee records
  • Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in receptionist/admin role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Residing in South Delhi
