Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations including visitor check-in, call routing, and mail handling with professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and employees—ensuring prompt, courteous, and branded communication.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain schedules, and assist with office logistics for internal teams.
- Monitor and update visitor logs, manage key发放, and support security protocols for facility access.
- Handle minor administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and supply coordination as needed.
- Escalate issues to relevant departments and follow-up to ensure resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
