Primary Title: Front Office Executive (Front Desk Executive / Front Office Executive)
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, verify identities, and manage visitor flows using digital or manual visitor management systems.
- Operate multi-line switchboard and route incoming calls, messages, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; prepare meeting spaces and notify hosts.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier items; coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Handle basic cash transactions, maintain petty cash logs, and assist with invoice handovers to accounts.
- Maintain reception area standards, update access logs, and follow security & access-control procedures.
