Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Executive will greet and assist clients and caregivers, manage check-ins and check-outs, and maintain a welcoming, calm reception environment. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and inquiries, managing appointment scheduling and confirmations, and coordinating with clinicians and therapists to ensure smooth daily operations. The role will also involve maintaining reception records, updating basic client information, managing waiting areas, and supporting administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, store-management, and follow-up communication. The Front Desk Executive will uphold confidentiality standards, assist in guiding clients through processes and services, and provide empathetic, professional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

MBA qualification (preferably in healthcare) with 2–4 years of experience in front office, administration, client coordination, or customer-facing roles.

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact empathetically and professionally with clients, families, and colleagues.

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing appointments, front desk operations and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, basic computer applications, and scheduling or patient management software, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

✔ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards, particularly within a healthcare or mental health setting.

✔ Multilingual candidate preferred; immediate joiners from South Bangalore will be given preference.
