Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-orientedFront Desk Receptionistto be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, handle client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
  • Handle inquiries related to ongoing real estate projects and direct them to the appropriate team.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Support HR and sales team with coordination activities when required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 12 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • MBA Fresher can also apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-focused with a polite and positive attitude
