Role & responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Intimate Facility team to ask Tea/Coffee & snacks with making customer comfortable.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
2. Client Interaction:
- Provide basic and accurate information in person.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments with Sales or CRM team.
- Handle inquiries and seek information about property, service for which customer/prospect has arrived.
- Entering Lead in system & filling enquiry form if visitor is potential prospect.
3. Administrative Support;
- Receive, sort, and distribute Walk-inns to available Sales Team if direct customer OR route to Sales person if client is with Channel Partner.
- Perform other Front-end duties such as collecting cheques from Visitors once demand is raised .
- Entering details in daily collection sheet with sharing it in day end & monthly MIS in month end.
- Sharing walk-inns detail to Sales Head for the day & monthly MIS in month end.
- Support marketing and promotional activities by assisting in organizing events, display of marketing materials in premises, etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, physical mail and parcels.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Any Bachelors degree
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience as Air Hostess or in 3/4 Star Hospitality Establishment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
