Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk cum Billing Executive role based in Siwan. The role involves greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing the reception area, and ensuring a courteous and professional front desk experience. The Front Desk cum Billing Executive will handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes preparing bills, verifying patient details, coordinating with the clinical and finance teams, and ensuring timely collection and documentation of payments. The position requires adherence to confidentiality, hospital policies, and a focus on providing a positive patient experience at every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, attendants, and colleagues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with clear and professional presentation.
- Proficient phone etiquette and experience handling incoming and outgoing calls in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
- Experience with receptionist duties, including front desk management, appointment scheduling, and record maintenance.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem resolution.
- Basic knowledge of billing processes, invoicing, and payment collection; prior experience in healthcare billing is an advantage.
- Comfort with computer applications, hospital/clinic software, and MS Office for data entry and documentation.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; certification or experience in hospital administration or front office operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, maintain confidentiality of patient information, and uphold professional conduct at all times.
