Role Description The Front Desk Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Nap Junction in Haveli. The associate will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, explain available services and packages, and ensure a smooth and friendly experience throughout each stay. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations and walk-ins, managing payments and billing, answering guest queries in person and via phone or messaging, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for pod readiness and cleanliness. The role also involves monitoring common areas, supporting the use of amenities and add-on services, addressing guest concerns promptly, and following safety, security, and operational procedures. The Front Desk Associate will contribute to maintaining high service standards and a calm, guest-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to greet guests warmly, handle queries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Basic administrative and front desk skills, including handling reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfort with using computers, booking systems, and point-of-sale or payment platforms, along with basic numeracy for billing.
- Clear and courteous communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, airport-adjacent environment, including flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail and reliability in following safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, hostels, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification at the high school or equivalent level; diploma or degree in hospitality or travel management is a plus.
