- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, employees, and other visitors in a friendly, professional manner as they arrive at the front desk or reception area
- Answering Inquiries: Respond to inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and courteously, providing information, assistance, and directions as needed
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations using scheduling software or calendars, coordinating with staff and clients to ensure availability and logistics
- Visitor Registration: Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs and records in compliance with security protocols and visitor management procedures
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or delivery as needed
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation to support office operations and workflow efficiency
- Facilities Coordination: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and common areas, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and employees
- Security Monitoring: Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and visitor entry points to ensure the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and assets
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously and professionally, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel for resolution as needed
