Role Overview:

This hybrid role combines high-end front-desk management with proactive inside sales. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, a highly professional presentation, and a confident phone presence for driving sales calls and client conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Front Desk: Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm, highly professional attitude.

* Lead Generation & Calling: Conduct outbound calling campaigns to reach potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments.

* Inside Sales: Pitch company services/products to walk-in clients and phone inquiries to achieve monthly conversion targets.

* Handle Inbound Queries: Route incoming calls accurately, answer product-related questions, and log data in the CRM system.

* Administrative Support: Maintain a pristine reception area, handle couriers, and manage meeting room schedules.

Requirements & Skills:

* Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Business, Marketing, or Hospitality backgrounds preferred).

* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front-desk administration, inside sales, telecalling, or customer service.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (proficiency in Marathi is an advantage).

* Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive skills, active listening, and a result-oriented mindset to meet targets.

* Presentation: Impeccable personal grooming, professional business attire, and a confident demeanor.

* Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
