Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Desk Administrator based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some remote work. The Front Desk Administrator will oversee receptionist duties, manage administrative tasks, greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls and correspondence, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office supplies and ensuring the front desk area is organized and professional.

Annual package: 3.5 - 4.7 LPA

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Receptionist Duties including managing phone calls, visitor management, and front office operations
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling and organization
  • Ability to effectively manage equipment such as fax machines and other office tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration will be advantageous
