Role Description The Front Desk Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based at KFEC's Vadodara office. The person in this role will manage the reception area, greet visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for learners and inquiries. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records of student visits and inquiries. The Front Desk Administrator will support administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail and fax, preparing basic documents, and coordinating with trainers and counselors to ensure smooth office operations. The role also involves providing courteous, clear information about KFEC's services, assisting with basic admission or registration processes, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties skills, including greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and handling phone calls.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address inquiries, guide visitors, and support learners in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for in-person, telephone, and email interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing documents.
- Candidates should possess basic Fax and office equipment handling skills, and be comfortable with routine office processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy educational environment are preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in administration or office management is an advantage.
