ADMIN

Role Overview – Administrative Responsibilities

Administrators play a pivotal role in managing and supervising a broad spectrum of operational and

support tasks within the organization. Their responsibilities encompass bookkeeping, resource

allocation, maintaining employee records, and enforcing company policies. Acting as a vital link

between employees and the leadership team, admins help facilitate communication, optimize

workflow, and ensure organizational goals are efficiently met.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Bookkeeping & Front Desk Operations

o Manage front desk duties, including invoice handling, payment processing (UPI, cash,

and card), and petty cash reconciliation.

o Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and timely reporting.

2. Facility & Inventory Management

o Oversee store area hygiene, safety, and overall ambience.

o Monitor and manage counter requirements and day-to-day operational needs.

o Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs or improvements.

3. Documentation & Record-Keeping

o Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), staff attendance logs, and

employee documentation.

o Ensure accurate tracking of staff count and scheduling.

o Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.

4. Client Relations & Escalation Handling

o Address customer concerns related to billing, invoicing, and service timelines (e.g.,

alterations).

o Serve as the first point of contact for resolving issues and ensuring customer

satisfaction.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

o Support the enforcement of company rules, HR policies, and operational protocols in

collaboration with the leadership team.

o Promote a culture of accountability and transparency among staff.
