JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AR CALLER AND EV CALLER (VOICE PROCESS) 

◆ Call insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians for claim status.

◆ Handle US healthcare providers billing.

◆ Follow up with insurance companies to check the status of outstanding claims.

◆ Receive payment information for processed claims.  

◆ Analyse claims in case of rejections and ensure deliverables adhere to amity standards.

◆ Experience with insurance eligibility verification is an added advantage

 Work Schedule & Compensation

◆ US Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM 

◆ Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) 

◆ Holidays: US Holidays 

◆ SALARY: 20,400 CTC 

Key Responsibilities (Post-Training)

◆ Understand and work on the complete revenue cycle process for U.S. healthcare clients.

◆ Manage billing, collections, cash posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.

◆ Coordinate with internal teams and U.S. counterparts to ensure timely claim resolution.

◆ Analyze trends and identify issues for process improvement

◆ Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while meeting daily/weekly targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

◆ Fresh graduates (Any stream – B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.)

◆ Good communication skills in English (verbal and written

◆ Basic knowledge of MS Office tools

◆ Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zones)

◆ Quick learner with a proactive attitude
