What You'll Do:
Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews
Assist with resume formatting and submission to clients
Build strong candidate relationships throughout the process
Learn about evolving technologies and client requirements
Support senior recruiters with daily tasks and projects

What We're Looking For:
Recent graduates or final-year students eager to start a career in recruitment
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal abilities and team spirit
Willingness to work US shifts as needed
