Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freshers Teacher - Pre-Primary based in Bihar. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to young learners, fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, and monitoring the development and progress of students. You will also be expected to collaborate with fellow educators, communicate effectively with parents, and participate in school activities and training sessions to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Lesson Planning, Education, and Teaching practices
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Training or familiarity with early childhood education principles
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for nurturing the learning and development of young children
• Basic computer skills and adaptability to use educational technology
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant certifications or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply
