TalentMicro,the lader in Recruitment and HR software applications is seeking Engineers for software implementation and support roles across India.

Role Description:

Deliver the software for the customers starting from preparing System Requirement Specifications(SRS) based on customer requiremetns, identify and documet GAPs compared to our software, get the changes developed by software development team and them perform delivery steps of Configuration, Training, User manual preparation, Data migration support services and ongoing application support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ready for extensive travel across India to customer locations
• Excellent understanding of application software, delivery and support process
• A hard working and dedicated to achieve highest customer satisfaction
• Strong IT fundamentals to understand software applications

Qualifications

• Any engineerng degrree with strong exposure to IT industry
• Excellent Communication(both spoken adn writing) skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Hardworking and dedicated to provide timely service to customers

Compensation:

INR 6.00 to 9.00 Lakhs/PA plus travel benefits depending on experience
