Job Purpose:
The incumbent will perform all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling & coordination, extending offers, and new joiner induction/on-boarding.

Involved in end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling & coordination, extending offers, and new joiner induction/on-boarding.
Qualification and Experience:
Freshers with a Bachelors degree.
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in MS-Office
Skills and Attributes:
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with various functions and foster teamwork
Skills in database management and record keeping
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Excellent organizational skills
