Key Responsibilities Include

• Conduct post-training interviews and site visits and use feedback to improve training delivery in consultation with the BM – Training Content.
• Deliver training according to the guidelines shared by CA BM.
• Profile and track participants to ensure structured training.
• Implement systems and processes to improve Colour Academy infrastructure.
• Ensure timely reporting of monthly expenses to the Admin Officer.
• Support and train new trainers/technologists by explaining their roles and sharing product details, technical data sheets, PIS, safety manuals, and other relevant materials.
• Arrange application workshops in coordination with technology and marketing teams.
• Regularly capture market practices and share relevant data with the Head Office team for further analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

Essential

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Paint Technology
• Minimum of 50% throughout education
• Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  
  

Desired

• M.Sc. Chemistry
• Applicants with an Engineering background (B. Tech/B.E./B. Pharma/Diploma) and MBA will not be considered.
  
  

Experience

Relevant experience of 0-1 years preferred. This BSc Chemistry job is suited to applicants at the start of their relevant experience.
