Job Summary: To ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport facilities by enforcing aviation security regulations, monitoring restricted areas, and responding to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain security standards as per Company requirements,
- Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
- Achieve department goals and follow up.
- Perform duties as per the Security Programme.
- Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift.
- Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance.
- Secure quality levels.
- Control theft and pilferage of company property.
- Ensure implementation of AEP Guidelines issued by Airport Operator, BCAS, MOCA, Govt of India.
- Ensure effective assessment & proper scrutiny of AEP application and supporting documents before submission to regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP.
- To maintain files and log sheets.
- Give inputs for training requirements.
- Updating of manuals and local procedures.
- Ensure competent and qualified work force are deputed for duty.

Required Skills & Experience

- Security Officer: Fresher / 0-1 years of experience in Aviation Security.
- Security Executive: 1-3 years of experience in Aviation Security.
- Senior Security Executive: 3-5 years of experience in Aviation Security.
- Security Supervisor: 5-7 years of experience in Aviation Security.
Height & Grooming Requirements
- Female: 155 cms (Mandatory)
- Male: 165 cms (Mandatory)
- No Visible Tattoos
Good To Have
- Experience in aviation security
- AVSEC Basic
- Screener Certification
- Knowledge of regulatory compliances
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Hsc, Preferred Graduates
