Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply coding guidelines for ENM OP, ED Facility, and Surgery cases.
• Review medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Support the QA team by assisting in audits and documentation checks.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with coding standards.
• Update records and reports in the coding software and databases.
• Collaborate with senior coders and QA specialists for learning and improvement.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Paramedical, or related fields).
• Strong interest in healthcare and medical coding.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software tools quickly.
• Willingness to work from office and adapt to night shifts if required.
