About the Role:

Prodigi Marketing is looking for a Videographer + Video Editor who understands visual storytelling, cinematography, and social-first content. The role involves independently shooting and editing video content for our clients, with a focus on fast-paced editing, founder-led videos, talking-head content, interviews, and supporting B-roll.We're looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense who understands how to use framing, lighting, camera movement, composition, and sound to create visually engaging content for social media and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video shoots at client locations, independently managing camera, lighting, and audio setups.
• Shoot A-roll, including founder-led videos, interviews, and talking-head content.
• Capture purposeful B-roll that supports the narrative and enhances visual storytelling.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Apply appropriate pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and colour correction.
• Translate creative briefs and references into high-quality video content.
• Collaborate with the social media and performance marketing teams to understand content objectives.
• Organise footage and project files and incorporate feedback within agreed timelines.
• Create static creatives for social media and ads when required.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in both videography and video editing.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, framing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Practical knowledge of camera settings, lenses, audio equipment, and shooting techniques.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual details.
• Proficiency in professional editing softwares.
• Understanding of short-form content formats and social media creative requirements.
• Working knowledge of colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Good communication skills and confidence managing shoots independently.
• A portfolio demonstrating shooting and editing skills.
