Description

The Fresher Trainee Business Analyst will work from home and support the business analysis team in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and contributing to project documentation. This is an entry-level position aimed at freshers or candidates looking to start their career in business analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
Support the development of business processes and workflows
Help in preparing project documentation and reports
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement
Participate in meetings and contribute to project discussions

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of SQL or any database querying language is an advantage
