Role Overview

We're looking for someone who can convert incoming leads into sales for our crochet workshops and yarn products

What the role involves:

• Responding to all incoming enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and referrals
• Explaining crochet class details, schedules, pricing, and helping users pick the right course
• Guiding customers on yarn products, bundle offers, and helping them choose the right materials
• Following up consistently to convert warm leads into confirmed bookings and sales
• Maintaining a simple CRM/lead tracker
• Handling customer queries with clarity and warmth

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling DMs, WhatsApp messages, and calls
• Friendly, patient, and good at understanding customer needs
