Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters IT/Non-IT to join our dynamic team in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in building a rewarding career in international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles.

Source qualified candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, technical compatibility, and availability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through the hiring lifecycle.

Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Collaborate with Account Managers and senior recruiters to ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, BCA, BE, or B.Tech (any specialization).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night shift: 06:00 PM 03:30 AM IST).

Quick learner with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
